Head Receptionist - 4* Hotel - £30K - Global Chain.
My client is a 100bed leisure hotel property, close to Oxford, set in the stunning countryside currently looking for a talented & hands on Head Receptionist ideally from a Senior Receptionist or Head Receptionist background in 3/4* hotels.
The Head Receptionist role will be:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Supervising small team of 4 across reception/nights
- Dealing with any guest issues and continually striving to increase customer service
- Training and development of team members
- Adept at upselling all hotel facilities
- Being the approachable face of the hotel
Candidates must be capable of early & late shifts.
