Head Chef - South East London - Up To £53k
Fresh food operator specialising in Spanish cuisine. Part of a small group that has had huge success and continuing to grow their estate.
The site has a real neighbourhood and is well known and respected within the industry. The restaurant is cosy 70 covers and has a continuous flow of regulars and as well as a destination for those looking to enjoy the very best Spain has to offer.
This role is suited for an individual that has an in depth knowledge of Spanish cuisine and is comfortable with managing a team of 10 with a hands on approach. Can be either a current head chef or suited for for a Senior Sous chef that is looking for their next step in their development.

What you will do:
- Fully accountable for all kitchen operations working closely with Group Executive Head Chef
- Ensure food is handled and prepared to the very highest standard
- Develop and nurture the team of 10 including 3 x Junior Sous
- Educate team on Spanish cuisine and cooking techniques
- Communicate clearly with other senior management to ensure smooth running
- Emphasis upon H&S
- Strong analytic skills ensuring financial targets are met
