Restaurant Manager for a Michelin Star Chef Table in West London. Established site that offers Japanese cuisine. Reporting directly to the Chef Patron you will oversea the entire FOH operation. You will continue to drive the ongoing success and as Restaurant Manager you will embody the values behind 'Omotenashi' - To entertain the guests wholeheartedly.

You will be responsible for a small team, ensuring they are educated and follow your standards encompassing the highest standards, attention to detail and a humble nature.

The operation trades for dinner Tuesday to Friday and lunch on Saturday. Service consists of no more than 12 guests and they will experience the very best Japanese cuisine on offer, through a 20 course journey.

You will come from a Michelin background and preferably have a strong understanding of Japanese food and beverage.
