JWR is currently working with one of Devon's most prestigious hotels, looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Head Waiter / Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their award-winning Restaurant team in Devon.

As Head Waiter / F&B Supervisor, reporting to the Restaurant and Ops Manager, you will be committed to leading and inspiring a dedicated Restaurant team in order to meet and exceed all guest's expectations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of service across a multi-award winning Fine Dining Restaurant.

As Head Waiter / F&B Supervisor, you will demonstrate an exceptional level of attention to detail, whilst being passionate and championing the food of one of the South Wests top Head Chefs, who is continually looking to push for more awards and recognition.

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, ideally to Rosette/Michelin level preferred

Required Skills:

• Previous experience within a similar size and standard restaurant.
• The highest attention to detail ensuring the restaurant and team is well presented at all times
• Confidently deliver exceptional 5-star service and train team to do the same.
• High level of food and drink knowledge in order to lead the restaurant service and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• You will have a real passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with the team and guests.
• Lead & motivate the waiting team to deliver exceptional standards & results
• Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment
