JWR is excited to be working with our clients luxury multi outlet hotel looking for a hands on, experienced Head Chef to lead their team.
As Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea, creating modern, well balanced, vibrant dishes using the best local & seasonal produce available.
This is a highly regarded multi-outlet hotel so experience within a similar high-volume 4 Star, rosette standard establishment is absolutely essential.
