Description

JWR is currently recruiting an Hotel Operations Manager for a 4-star branded boutique Hotel in Central London. The role will be reporting to the Director of the Operations and the company Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all aspects of the Hotel Operations, leading the HOD's and drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within Accor brands.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across all hotel areas.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and staff retention.
  • Address guest feedback promptly and effectively to maintain a high standard of guest relations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Managing Director to align operational goals with the company's vision and objectives.
