Restaurant Manager - Monday to Friday - Central London - £40,000 + tronc
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at this exclusive venue in Central London.
The ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service and have experience in management within a fine dining restaurant, take full responsibility of the dining room and ensure that the exceptional standard of the service is maintained, as well as managing all staff members.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the dining room staff, ensuring that all staff are well motivated, working to a high standard and delivering excellent customer service
- Ensure that there is adequate stock and staff at all times
- Create and maintain a smooth running of the Dining Room
- Liaise with the chefs to ensure that menus are managed according to budget
- Monitor and record customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all guests receive a consistent, high quality experience
The successful Dining Room Manager must have the following skills and abilities:
- Managerial experience in a fine dining restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high profile guests
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English is essential
