JWR is working in partnership with an exciting restaurant group, looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the Director of HR & Operations team with recruitment across the group including new openingsPackage

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all levels of our restaurant operations. You will work closely with the HR team and Operations managers to identify staffing needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our brand values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment plans to source high-quality candidates for a variety of roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and head office positions.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with operations, restaurant managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and provide guidance on candidate selection.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and job alignment. Facilitate interview processes and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Work with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand, promoting Restaurant Group as an employer of choice in the hospitality industry.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- On-boarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed of industry trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition management gained in the Casual Dining / Hospitality Sector
- Proven experience of successfully recruiting Operational Management Roles across UK.
- CIPD or BIOR Membership would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
