Description

Sous Chef - Salisbury - Salary to £28k

My client is an independent gastropub operation with 5 bedrooms in Central Salisbury with 60cv restaurant inside and 100cv garden with quality gastropub food style with some good flexibility for the right candidate. They are looking for a talented hands on Sous Chef ideally from a strong background in restaurants/pubs/hotels at CDP/Jnr/Sous Chef.

  • Reporting to the Head Chef
  • Training and development of team members junior.
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Strong trainer and team manager

Responsible for:

Team of 3
