Head Chef - New Opening - Italy, Milan - €70k + Bonus
Head Chef for a new opening, part of a premium global hospitality group, that has a fantastic portfolio spanning over 23 countries. This is a new concept that will serve its guests the very best Italy has to offer in a fine environment in one the most iconic buildings in Milan.
The restaurant will have a capacity of circa 60 covers with a BOH team of 15.
The offering will be fine dining Mediterranean cuisine, this role is suited for a Head Chef with global experience that specialises in Mediterranean cuisine at fine dining level.
The site is to open in early 2025.
Fluent Italian is a must for this position.

What you will do as Head Chef:
- Fully accountable for entire BOH operation
- Work closely with ops director and group exec chef to execute the new opening
- Team orientated and consistency with high level cuisine
- Menu development and managing GPs
- Train and develop the kitchen brigade
- 5-star EHO ready
- Natural leadership skills
- Clear and decisive communication with stakeholders
