Position: Hotel General Manager

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £up to £65,000 plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Country House Hotel, which has extensive leisure / spa as well as being the leading local wedding venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure smooth operations across the hotel, spa, restaurant, and events
• Maximise revenue streams from weddings, corporate events, and leisure guests
• Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality in all areas
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow the hotel's profile
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the local community

• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L
