Sous Chef - Eastbourne up to a £42 + Service and great benefits package
I am presently working with an exceptional company that are now looking for a Sous Chef to take on one of its high end gastro pubs whilst also taking lead on Canape's for the group in the Eastbourne area.
Essential experience:
Solid background as a Sous Chef either from a hotel, standalone restaurant or events venue:
Either a Senior Sous or Head chef with a strong understanding of elegant dining to 100 covers + canape parties and events
strong understanding of Bqt menu design and compilation offering innovative and seasonal offerings working with all fresh ingredients
A passion for working with fresh produce and great suppliers
strong commercial and financial acumen
organised, with excellent kitchen management skills
