JWR is currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for a popular 4* hotel in Central London. The ideal candidate must have Bar Management experience in hotel operations and a creative flair in creating signature cocktails to delight the guests.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager in an hotel
- Knowledge of cocktails and a real passion for creating personalised and interesting cocktail menus
- A hands on leader who will guide the team and collaborate with the Senior Management to make sure the Bar is run at it's full potential
