JWR is recruiting for an experienced Marketing Director for a popular resort in a stunning Cornish location, to lead the resorts brand vision, shape strategic marketing initiatives, and drive brand growth across all channels.Salary / Package

As Marketing Director, reporting to the Resort Director, this role will manage creative, content, and campaign strategies, working closely with operations, sales, and PR to deliver innovative marketing solutions and optimise digital presence.
Key responsibilities
- Managing budgets
- Developing partnerships
- Coordinating with agencies
- Overseeing social media
- Branding, Digital advertising, website engagement.
The ideal candidates will bring hospitality or similar industry experience, strong project management, exceptional communication, and a keen eye for creative detail.
