I am currently recruiting for an international hotel company with a portfolio of 4* properties across the globe for a Senior Conference Sales Co-ordinator to deal with inbound inquiries for rooms and conference sales for their stunning and hugely unique 145 bed property in South Oxfordshire easily reachable from Swindon/Reading/Oxford for conferences, events and exclusive uses across 15 rooms and capacity of 180cv and supervise a small team of 2 wedding and conference coordinators.
The successful applicant will be highly sales focused and will have experience managing a small team of 2 and handling and converting inbound sales and events inquiries within a hotel setting for 3 years and ideally good contacts in the Oxfordshire/Bucks/Berkshire areas.
