The Role
As an Operations Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of a thriving casual dining brand. Your responsibilities will include:- Team Leadership: Spotting top talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Development: Training, coaching, and mentoring managers to develop the next generation of leaders.
