ROLE : Reception Manager - Small Independent Boutique Hotel
LOCATION: Evesham
SALARY: £35,000 per year plus

Looking for a dynamic and experienced hotel Reception Manager to join our team!

As the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's front desk, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for our guests. You will also be responsible for managing our team of receptionists, providing training and support to ensure the highest level of customer service is always maintained.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel reception management role, with a proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You must be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to your work.

Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's front desk, including check-in and check-out processes, guest enquiries and complaints
* Managing the reception team, including providing training, support and performance management.
* Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always maintained especially with regular guests.
* Handling any issues or conflicts that arise with guests or team members.
* Collaborating with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience in hotel reception management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused approach to work
* Ability to manage a team and handle conflicts effectively
* Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems
