- A proven track record of managing multiple kitchens within a resort or hotel environment.
- A strong passion for food and menu innovation.
- The ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
You will oversee all aspects of the food operation, including:
- Crafting seasonal menus that reflect creativity and excellence.
- Building strong supplier relationships to ensure quality sourcing.
- Training and developing kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards.
- Managing food safety and health regulations to full compliance.
