ROLE: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
LOCATION: Solihull
Salary: Circa £40,000 per year plus benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Manager within a deluxe hotel that prides itself as being one of the best hotels in the area. Tasked with the development of existing standards you will be key to the success of the project; you will have a detail of strong HOD's under your charge.

Your background
* You will have background demonstrating a depth of experience as Food and Beverage Manager in large branded four-star hotels.
* Commercially astute with sound financial acumen
* Your CV will demonstrate a reasoned and measured career with exceptional strength in large Food and Beverage Operations.
* Highly motivated you will be a natural leader that supports and empowers his/ her team.
