About the Role
As Reception Manager, you will be at the heart of our hotel, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the front desk while leading and developing a small team. This role requires a hands-on approach, a natural ability to engage with guests, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.

✔ Proven experience as a Reception Manager in an independent boutique hotel
✔ Impeccable social skills with a warm, engaging, and professional manner
✔ A passion for people, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued from arrival to departure
✔ Strong leadership qualities to train, develop, and motivate the reception team
✔ A keen eye for maintaining service standards, upselling, and consistency
✔ A well-presented and approachable personality with a proactive attitude
