Key Responsibilities:

• Design seasonal menus that highlight locally sourced ingredients and reflect current culinary trends.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to optimise menu profitability and enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a premium pub or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
