We are excited to be partnering with a stunning restaurant based in the heart of Chelsea, renowned for serving exquisite modern British cuisine using the freshest seasonal ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join a dynamic team in a fine dining environment.

About the Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the highest standards of food and service. You will have the opportunity to work with top-quality ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant's commitment to seasonal, modern British cuisine.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fine Dining Exposure: The ideal candidate will have experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally in a similar modern British cuisine
  • Passionate About Food: You must have a true passion for food, be excited by food trends, and enjoy creating memorable culinary experiences.
  • Team Player: A strong team ethos and a positive attitude towards collaboration and training are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Support in managing junior members of the team and help them develop their skills
  • Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards
  • Stay up to date with food trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu
