This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join a dynamic team in a fine dining environment.
About the Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the highest standards of food and service. You will have the opportunity to work with top-quality ingredients, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant's commitment to seasonal, modern British cuisine.What We're Looking For:
- Fine Dining Exposure: The ideal candidate will have experience in a fine dining kitchen, ideally in a similar modern British cuisine

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness
- Support in managing junior members of the team and help them develop their skills
- Ensure food is consistently prepared and presented according to the restaurant's standards
- Stay up to date with food trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu
