Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Rutland, Leicestershire
Salary: up to £48,000 per year plus bonus scheme
A hotel Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with strong experience in driving sales and well-established contacts in the high-end corporate market is required to join the team of a stunning and unique hotel.
* This is a strategic and proactive role where you will be responsible for identifying and managing new business opportunities.
* This role will oversee a marketing Assistant to develop new & existing business opportunities to deliver revenue targets.
* Identify and proactively represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to develop a consistent pipeline of new sale leads for development.
The Essential Skills:
* The successful applicant will have extensive experience in Business Development Manager positions with corporate and luxury hotels
* Ideally with local knowledge of East Midlands as well as excellent relationships with agencies and venue finders & comfortable with delivering presentations both on and off site.
