We're searching for an experienced and energetic Deputy General Manager to join a welcoming 4-star country house hotel set against the picturesque backdrop of the Leicestershire countryside. What You'll Be Doing:
As Deputy General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, working hand-in-hand with the General Manager to deliver a seamless and memorable guest journey across all departments. You'll lead a dedicated team across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and events-setting the tone, driving performance, and maintaining the highest standards at all times.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to support the team, wherever needed.
