Are you a proactive, passionate sales professional ready to take the lead at this beautiful and historic wedding and events venues?
We're looking for a Sales Manager with drive, vision, and creativity to grow our business and elevate the reputation of this stunning Grade-listed property. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special - a venue known for unforgettable celebrations, exceptional service, and breathtaking surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Sales Growth & Development
Proactively drive new wedding and events business across all channels
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local networks
???? Brand & Reputation Building
Champion the venue's exceptional charm and heritage in all sales activity
Represent the venue at wedding fairs, industry events, and showcase opportunities
Work closely with marketing to position the venue as a premier choice in the region
???? Client Engagement & Conversion
Manage and respond to all enquiries with speed, professionalism, and care
Conduct show-rounds that wow and convert
Provide exceptional service from first contact through to booking confirmation
???? Reporting & Commercial Insight
Track and report on sales performance, enquiry trends, and market insights
Use data to inform decisions and identify new growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
Proven success in a weddings/events sales role, ideally within a heritage or luxury venue
Highly proactive approach with strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A genuine love for weddings, events, and delivering magical guest experiences
Confident using CRM systems and managing pipelines effectively
Local knowledge and industry contacts (a plus)
