About the Role

• Lead the daily operation of the restaurant and unique dining spaces alongside the F&B Operations Manager
• Full-time position working 45 hours per week over a 5-day rota
• Oversee and motivate a team across various outlets, promoting cross-training and retention
• Deliver an exceptional guest journey with a focus on personality-driven service
• Ensure health & safety and allergen procedures are always followed
• Bring your flair, Rosette-level experience, and leadership skills to drive service excellence
