We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead a busy restaurant operation within this charming 4 star hotel near Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable hotel that takes pride in quality service, exceptional standards, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 20 staff in a dynamic, volume-driven environment
Maintain exceptional standards of service and food quality, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at every touch point
Oversee all aspects of staff management including rota planning, recruitment, training, and performance development
Drive a culture of excellence, coaching your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service with a hands-on approach
Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and hotel management to ensure smooth daily operations and strong interdepartmental communication
Monitor key KPIs to ensure business performance aligns with targets and standards
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality, high-volume Hotel environment
A natural leader with strong people management skills and a passion for developing others
Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
A customer-focused mindset with the energy and drive to lead from the front
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as required
