JWR is recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the team in a beautiful restaurant located in Chelsea
Role details
- Chef de Partie
- Modern British cuisine
- Seasonal changing menus
- Open fire cooking
- £42,000 + overtime
- 48 hours per week contract (extra hours paid)

Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar, high quality food establishment
- Experience in fine dining British cuisine preferred
- Great team attitude, someone who enjoys working in a happy, organised and perfectly functioning kitchen and wants to contribute to the success of the venue
- Keen eye for details, and strong H&S knowledge
- Passion for quality ingredients and seasonality, creative flair and knowledge of British cuisine
