Role: Reservations Coordinator - 4-Star Hotel
Location: Near Cardiff
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Office-based in the hotel
Salary: Negotiable + Incentives
Are you an experienced hotel professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? Our client, a modern and corporate 4-star hotel located near Cardiff, is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join their friendly and fast-paced team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all bedroom reservations across multiple channels including individual, corporate, group, leisure, and event-related bookings
* Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries to maximise hotel occupancy and revenue
* Build strong rapport with regular and corporate guests
* Ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a hotel reservations role (4-star environment or central reservations preferred)
* Strong organisational and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
* A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest service
* Familiarity with booking systems (Opera, Reslynx or similar) is advantageous
