A leading luxury hotel group in London is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive their corporate sales strategy and develop key business relationships across a portfolio of stunning 4- and 5-star properties.
As Corporate Sales Manager, you'll be joining a forward-thinking commercial team where your ability to win new business and grow existing accounts will directly impact the group's continued success in one of the world's most competitive hospitality markets.
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement a targeted corporate sales strategy to maximise revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, TMCs, and stakeholders
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the London market
- Attend industry events and networking functions as a brand ambassador
- Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to support promotional campaigns
- Report on KPIs, revenue performance, and market insights to senior leadership
The Ideal Corporate Sales Manager Will Have:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality group
- Deep understanding of the London corporate travel and MICE markets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivation, strategic thinking, and excellent communication
