About the role:
You'll lead the Front of House team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a prestigious hotel where your leadership and guest service skills will shine.The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a 5* luxury hotel Front of House management role
Currently employed in a luxury hotel Front of House position
Excellent presentation and professional approach
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team
Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction
Opera Cloud knowledge is a definite advantage
