You'll support the Head Concierge in delivering exceptional guest service, managing the concierge team, and ensuring seamless, personalised experiences for all guests. This role is perfect for someone currently in a concierge supervisory or managerial position within a luxury UK hotel.What we're looking for:
Current Clefs d'Or membership
Experience in luxury hotel concierge roles
Presently working in a concierge supervisory or managerial position in a UK luxury hotel
Strong leadership skills and passion for delivering outstanding service
