Position: Leisure Club & Spa Manager
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire
Salary: Circa £32,000 per year + incentives + excellent employee benefits

About the Role:
Our client, a contemporary resort hotel just outside Knutsford is seeking an experienced and passionate Leisure Club & Spa Manager. You will take full responsibility for overseeing the Leisure Club and Spa operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team within a hotel leisure club and spa environment.
* Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise the leisure club's performance including membership.
* Deliver exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills across face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
* Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Manage departmental budgets effectively, demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
* Maintain high levels of organisation, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Actively participate in hands-on operations, including carrying out classes & displaying a genuine passion for the leisure industry.
* Work a flexible schedule of 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing a team in a hotel leisure club and spa setting.
* Demonstrated success in revenue growth, sales, and marketing for a leisure club.
* Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Self-motivated and highly organised, with a commitment to excellence.
