We're looking for a driven, passionate and entrepreneurial Beverage Operations Manager to take the reins of a brand-new bar operation at one of Cheshire's most beautiful wedding venues. What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead and shape the full beverage operation - from drinks strategy and staffing to service excellence.
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience, managing drinks service across day and evening wedding celebrations.
* Be the face of the bar - building trust with wedding couples, consulting on drink packages, and adding a personal touch to their big day.
* Recruit, train, and inspire your own team to deliver memorable, polished, and personal service every time.
* Stay on top of industry trends - seasonal cocktails, premium spirits, and creative menu development are all in your hands.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has proven experience managing a high-volume or premium bar.
* Is passionate about hospitality, thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and brings energy and creativity to every shift.
* Understands the full commercial picture - from stock control and GP to rota planning, payroll, and cellar management.
* Is a natural host who loves meeting couples, making their vision come to life, and being a trusted part of their wedding journey.
* Brings a can-do attitude, a love for quality drinks, and takes pride in running a smooth, guest-focused operation.
