About the Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will act as a key point of contact for residents and guests, overseeing daily operations and ensuring every detail of their stay is flawlessly executed. You'll manage guest communications, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service across the estate.Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins/outs and telephone support
- Respond to and manage guest enquiries, bookings, and special requests
- Use booking systems (such as Trybe and Opera) to manage accommodations and activities
- Conduct pre- and post-arrival property inspections to ensure excellence and readiness
- Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolutions
- Organise tailored experiences through pre-arrival calls and personalised itineraries
- Assist with internal transportation and on-site logistics across the estate
- Support event delivery and estate activities, ensuring a premium guest experience
- Liaise closely with concierge, housekeeping, and activities teams to support service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality or events (ideally 4-star or above)
- A genuine passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy; experience with Opera and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Calm, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile
