Job Opportunity: Hotel Sales Manager - North London
Are you an experienced sales professional from a branded hotel background, ready to lead business development in a dynamic North London property?
We are working with a well-established, branded hotel in North London seeking a commercially minded Sales Manager to drive growth across both corporate and leisure markets.
The Sales Manager package.
- A basic salary of IRO £45'000 - £50000
- A bonus scheme of IRO of a value of 20% of salary

About the Role
As Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and developing business across key sectors, with a focus on corporate clients, travel trade, group bookings, and leisure partnerships. You will be the face of the hotel in the business community, tasked with maximising revenue through strategic sales activity and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a proactive sales strategy targeting corporate, agency, and leisure segments
- Secure new business and grow existing accounts to increase room nights and event bookings
- Build strong relationships with key clients, local businesses, and travel partners
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met to a high standard
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
About You
- Previous experience in hotel proactive sales within a branded hotel environment is essential
- Strong track record of success in hotel sales or hospitality business development
- Excellent knowledge of the North London and Greater London corporate and leisure market
- Skilled in consultative sales, relationship building, and account management
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and meet targets
