£50k basic + £6-8k Service + management bonus
Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager from either a busy luxury stand alone restaurant or a luxury 4 star Hotel. As we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our clients bustling brasserie experience, which includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and evening service.
About Us: Nestled in the south of Hertfordshire, this luxury hotel offers a stunning environment for guests to unwind and indulge. With a dedicated team of 40+ staff members, the brasserie is a central point for the property, renowned for its exceptional service and delightful menu offering a buffet style breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner.
Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance to drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For in The Restaurant Manager:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional financial and commercial acumen with experience of managing a c£2-£2.6m turnover operation.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- A Hands on operator as this role will require you to become the face and personality of the brasserie
