ecial opportunity for an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager to join a stunning boutique country house hotel renowned for its elegant yet relaxed dining and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The Role
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind our exceptional guest experience, leading by example on the floor and ensuring every service reflects our dedication to excellence. Working closely with our outstanding General Manager, you will:Oversee all F&B operations, from fine dining to more informal offerings, ensuring consistency and quality at every level.
Lead, motivate, and inspire a talented team to deliver impeccable service with genuine warmth.
Maintain the perfect balance of elegance and relaxed hospitality in every interaction.
Collaborate with the kitchen and wine teams to curate memorable dining experiences.
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability without compromising guest satisfaction.
About You
We are seeking a hospitality professional who is as comfortable discussing a fine vintage as they are leading a busy breakfast service. You will have:A UK background within luxury hotels.
A hands-on, lead-by-example approach to leadership.
Exceptional communication skills and a warm, personable manner.
A genuine passion for food, wine, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
