Southeast Coast - £42,500 + Service Charge | Live-in AvailableWe're recruiting for a Head Chef to lead a renowned 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a luxury hotel on the beautiful South Coast. This is a rare chance to take full control of a dedicated kitchen and brigade, delivering award-winning food for both lunch and dinner service.

The Role:
- Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team

- Manage daily operations, from service to stock control and kitchen standards

About You:
- Background at 2 AA Rosette level or higher
- Passion for fine dining and seasonal, quality ingredients
- Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate and develop a brigade
- Strong organisational and financial management abilities
