Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Daytime role)Are you an experienced luxury concierge professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a London's prestigious residential developments?
We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury apartment complex in the heart of Central London for an exceptional Head Concierge to deliver a world-class resident experience.
About the Role:
As Head Concierge, you will be the face of this iconic development, responsible for managing and motivating a dedicated team of 3 Concierges and a Chauffeur. You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of service for discerning residents.
Your duties will include:
Leading and coaching your team to deliver a 5-star service.
Coordinating and supervising front-of-house operations.
Organising exclusive resident events to enhance community living.
Building strong relationships with residents and anticipating their needs.
Managing supplier and contractor relationships as required.
Providing expert knowledge and recommendations on the Marylebone and Mayfair areas, including restaurants, shops, and cultural hotspots.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a luxury residential, 5-star hotel, or high-end concierge environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
Excellent local knowledge of Marylebone and Mayfair.
Highly organised with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A polished, professional demeanour and a genuine passion for service excellence.
