Role: Food & Beverage Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 + 10% Bonus
A significant 4-star branded hotel group in Northamptonshire is looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant, bar, and events spaces.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced F&B Manager - or an ambitious Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up- who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment with multiple events running at once.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards across all outlets
* Managing restaurant, bar, and large-scale events operations seamlessly
* Being a visible, hands-on operator at peak times to ensure smooth running of the hotel's F&B departments
* Driving training and development across the team, ensuring skills, brand, and compliance standards are met
* Controlling costs across payroll, ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage
* Inspiring and motivating your team to create memorable guest experiences

* Experience managing a high-volume F&B operation, ideally within a busy town or city-centre hotel
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
* Ability to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment
