Bars Manager - 4* Hotel - South Coast, Hampshire - £25K
My client is a stunning 4* hotel part of a national group based on the South Coast now looking to further strengthen its team with the following appointment:
Bars Manager
Requirements of the role:
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for providing first class hospitality to guests and delivering a great customer experience.* The Bar Manager will have cocktail experience and the group are looking for someone with experience gained in a high-quality bar/ restaurant/ hotel environment who is a showman & knows how to treat their team well.
* Need to be passionate about drink and bar menu design.
* Our Bar Manager needs to have strong management skills as well as knowledge of recruitment & training the team , which are an essential part of the role, as is business acumen and solid financial understanding.
* An experienced Bar Manager with a unique creative flair, spark and sophistication and be able to work with the growing bar team as we look to offer an increased range of drinks.
* You will be managing the team who are working on the hotel main Bar, Lounge Area , Events and Cellars and undertaking all the different duties required to offer exceptional drinks with the quality of service expected by both our company and more importantly, our guests!
Person Specification
* A strong all-rounder must have experience of managing very busy, high-quality bar/ restaurant/ hotel environment bars with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience within 4-star hotels would be ideal but not essential.
* Excellent interaction skills with guests and Staff.
* Competency in training and developing your team.
* Positive attitude and desire to excel in your role.
* Ability to follow company procedures and maintain the high standards throughout your operation.
