Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant or Assistant Restaurant Manager Manager from either a busy Hotel. As we are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our clients main restaurant which includes buffet breakfast and lunch, with an a la carte evening service.
The venue seats up to 120 for Breakfast and Lunch and 60-100covers for evening service
reporting into a F&B Operations manager the role will require someone with a strong passion for the guest experience, great staff leadership potential and a passion for service as this is a hands on roleAbout Us: Nestled in the south West of Hertfordshire, this luxury hotel offers a stunning environment for guests to unwind and indulge. Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:

What We're Looking For in The Restaurant Manager:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a UK hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- A Hands on operator as this role will require you to become the face and personality of the brasserie
