The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day restaurant and bar operation, ensuring excellent service.
Oversee dining and events for up to 100 guests.
Recruit, train and motivate the team to deliver high standards.
Manage rotas, stock and budgets, while driving sales and guest satisfaction.
Act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service at all times.
The Candidate
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who:
Has previous management experience in restaurants, bars or events.
Brings strong leadership and team development skills.
Thrives under pressure and enjoys a hands-on, guest-facing role.
Is organised, confident and passionate about hospitality.
