£37,000 + Service Charge (from external guests) - 40 hours per weekWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a brand-new luxury residential development in the heart of Marylebone. This prestigious address will feature an exclusive onsite restaurant and bar, welcoming both apartment residents and external guests. To support this exciting opening, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for service, leadership, and operational excellence to play a key role in shaping a high-end dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and supervise the food and beverage team to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Set and uphold high standards of professional dress, conduct, and presentation among all team members.
Be flexible and hands-on, deputising in any role as needed to cover absences or busy periods.
Handle customer complaints warmly and empathetically, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure the bistro, restaurant, and customer areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.
Monitor and enforce compliance with COSHH, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding requirements.
Oversee cash handling procedures, stock management, wastage control, and maintain par levels.
Manage staff rotas efficiently, adapting proactively to changing needs.
Customer Experience & Sales
Foster a welcoming and professional dining environment that enhances the wellbeing and satisfaction of both residents and external guests.
Identify and support sales opportunities to maximise revenue while maintaining excellent service standards.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and management.
Brand Representation
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
Build rapport with residents and guests, delivering attentive service that reflects our values of dignity, care, and excellence.
Act as a visible and supportive presence in the community, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
The Package
