The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations, ensuring that service standards remain consistently high across all departments. You'll lead and inspire the team, manage budgets and resources effectively, and maintain the property's reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team to deliver a first-class guest experience
• Oversee front of house, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
• Maintain strong financial performance through effective cost control and revenue management
• Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring attention to detail and personalised service
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Work closely with the GM to continue developing the hotel's reputation and offering

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a boutique or luxury hotel environment
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
• Passionate about hospitality, with an eye for detail and service excellence
• Well-organised and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
