The Role
We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Management Couple to oversee two sister venues in the heart of a historic Wiltshire village. These iconic inns, rich with Georgian charm and over 200 years of history, each offer something special to both locals and visitors - from hearty, freshly prepared food and perfectly kept cask ales, to stylish en-suite guest rooms and beautiful outdoor spaces.
One site features a large garden with a heated canopy, perfect for all-weather dining and events, while the other offers a welcoming courtyard and traditional interior ideal for relaxed gatherings and community occasions. Together, they deliver a complete village hospitality experience, welcoming tourists, families, and locals year-round.

Responsibilities
As General Manager, you'll:
* Oversee both sites, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards across food, beverage, and accommodation.
* Lead, develop, and motivate two passionate teams, fostering a positive and engaging culture.
* Drive commercial success through effective planning, marketing, and exceptional service.
* Ensure every guest enjoys a warm welcome and memorable visit.
* Manage finances, compliance, and operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth.

As Head Chef, you'll:
* Manage kitchen operation of one of the sites.
* Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
* Inspire and train your kitchen teams to deliver consistency.
* Work closely with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience and achieve business goals.

About You
We're looking for a couple who are:
* Experienced hospitality professionals with proven success in management and kitchen leadership.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding food, drink, and service.
* Organised, adaptable, and commercially minded.
* Natural leaders who motivate, inspire, and build strong teams.
* Enthusiastic about village life and connecting with the local community.
* Experience with boutique accommodation is desirable but not essential.
