We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a highly regarded, food-led pub renowned for its outstanding cuisine, friendly atmosphere, and commitment to quality. The successful Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager across all aspects of the operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and a consistently excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the pub
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver first-class service
- Maintain high standards of food, drink, and presentation quality
- Assist with stock control, staff training, and rota management
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales, community engagement, and customer loyalty
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within hospitality
- A genuine passion for great food, drink, and customer service
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
