This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, commercially astute Food & Beverage Manager to lead a talented team and drive excellence across a diverse F&B operation.

The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire and develop a large team across restaurants, bars, and C&B operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue and profitability.
- Drive service standards and implement effective training programmes.
- Work closely with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Oversee smooth delivery of high-profile events, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations.
The Candidate
We are looking for:
- A proven Food & Beverage leader from a large 4 or 5* hotel.
- Strong background in conference, banqueting, and events.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and driving revenue.
- A hands-on approach, able to lead by example in a busy, guest-focused environment.
